Steve’s decision-making process is… unconventional at best. While most of us weigh up pros and cons, Steve follows a much simpler principle: if time travellers haven’t appeared to stop him, it must be fine. He insists this helps him make snap decisions when he’s up against the clock, and claims it’s one of the secrets to his ‘success’. I’m going along with it. After all, I don’t want to be mean to present-day Steve when he’s clearly trying his best.
